Safety Accountability for Employees

Safety Accountability for Employees (SAFE) software has been developed to take a proactive approach to employee safety instead of reacting only to accidents after they have happened. Several formats of the SAFE program are available:

• An MS Access based PC single site license version.
• A server based application.
• A web based subscription service.

Based on the flexibility in the company setups and participations tracked, these software packages can be implemented at your facility with little to no customization. If your specific needs or circumstances warrant, EHS can customize a SAFE package designed specifically for your companies needs.

The array of reports available to you for tracking the safety parameters of your company is a major contributing factor to SAFE’s success. Reports are easily generated and understood. You can track and show your employees their participation in safety training requirements or reward a team for identifying a potential unsafe condition. OSHA reports can be generated automatically and if an accident does occur, SAFE provides a through reporting process for investigating the accident and developing corrective measures.

We are currently developing and testing an Environmental Compliance tracking module. It will provide you the opportunity to track required environmental tasks such as storm water inspections, chemical inventory and inspections, radiation wipe tests and monitoring. The activities tracked are fully customizable. It will also allow you to track environmental initiatives, training and impacts.
